Celestite

Celestite, or Celestine, is a mineral made up of Stontrium Sulfate (SrSO4).This sky-blue beauty gets its name from the Latin coelestis, meaning “heavenly”. It is transparent, has an orthorhombic crystal system, and quickly found but quite expensive. You can find Celestine in Britain, Egypt, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Libya, and Madagascar.

Celestite’s orthorhombic structure makes it a good energy dispeller and restorer. Consequently, this stone is excellent for dissolving pain and bringing in peace and love frequencies. As with all blue stones, Celestite effectively opens the throat, and ear chakras, helps balance them energetically, and brings in past life memories through the ear chakras. Wearing Celestite earrings is a great way to balance those chakras.

Celestite has some great attributes. It vibrates at a high frequency and is a great spiritual teacher because it holds divine energy and wisdom. This stone is excellent to have and use if you want to jump-start spiritual enlightenment and stimulate clairvoyant communications, dreams, and astral projections.

Celestite calms the mind, sharpens focus, brings clarity, and promotes mental balance. Consequently, this stone is excellent for meditating or working on creative or complex tasks.

Some sources attribute this stone to the Astrological sun sign of Gemini for its excellent communicative properties, and some assign it to the sun sign of Libra. This is the stone of Archangels Gabriel and Raguel.
