Factor Keto Shake Review
If you haven’t heard of Factor, they are a company that delivers freshly prepared meals to your home. There are several plan options; you can order more items without changing your subscription. They have different meal plans, like Calorie Smart, Keto, Vegan and Veggie, Chef’s Choice, and more. I ordered the Factor 75 meal kit and received my first delivery on February 13th, 2023. So far, so good. It’s February 14th, and I drank the Chocolate Brownie Keto Shake for breakfast. I have to say, it’s pretty tasty, and yes, it does taste like chocolate brownies.
It comes in a 12 oz. recyclable bottle and has 15g of fat, 2g of net carbs, 0g of net sugars, and 12g of protein.
The Nutrition information is as follows: Calories 200, Sodium 250mg, Calcium 30mg, Iron 4mg, and Potassium 273mg. The cost is about $4.00 per shake.
Comparison to Atkins Shakes
I normally drink the Dark Chocolate Royale Atkins shakes. They taste good and do great for my blood sugars. The amount you get with Atkin is 110z, 15g of protein, 2g of net carbs, 9g of total fat, 1g of sugar, and 5g of fiber. The cost is about $1.74 each.
Would I Recommend These Shakes
Yes. My blood sugar was 119mg/dL 2 hours after drinking it, which is great.
