What Are Chakras
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel”. They are circular energies of light that
regulate the physical body and transform the energy into spiritual activation. The chakra energy system is ancient, and there are several models used to describe how the energy and information flow from outside the body to inside and back out again, including the Hindu Chakra Model, the Tantric Chakra Model, the Traditional Chinese Chakra Model, and a Western View of Chakras.
